Senior Expert Safety and Compliance - Ground Operations (m­­/­­f­­/­­x)

Compliance Monitoring Independent preparation, implementation and documentation of audits and inspections in the areas of Ground Operations and Security, Independent tracking of corrective and preventive actions and verification of the implementation, Support the continuous monitoring of safety & compliance standards Support the revision of manuals, procedures and checklists within the department Safety Management Initial processing and assessing of ground operations safety occurrence reports including timely preparation and conveyance of mandatory occurrence reports Identify hazards evolving from occurrence reports and if necessary, publish mitigations by means of safety recommendations or initiate an internal investigation Lead a safety investigation of incidents and occurrences or be an active part of the investigation team Assess the safety impact related to the introduction of operational changes, new technologies or for specific occasions Create and issue internal safety publications Support the administration of the Emergency Response Plan
